The Vienna Comix, Austria’s largest fan-based comic and pop culture event, moved to the traditional Marx Halle in 2025. On the weekend of the May 31 and June 1, 2025 Vienna becomes the meeting point for comic fans of all generations with more than 140 draftsman: inside, international stars of the scene, a full artist Alley and numerous hands-on stations. The Vienna Comix is also the highlight and conclusion of the Vienna COMIX WEEKThe 26th to May 30th With exhibitions, performances, presentations and workshops at several Viennese locations, comic flair brings to the whole city.
Thanks to the close cooperation with the Italian cultural institute and numerous international partners, visitors can expect a top -class guest list inside, including Angelo Stano, John McCrea, Khary randolph, Joanne Starer, Kari Korhonen, Ulrich Schröder And many other stars. Austria’s comic scene is also with sizes like Michael Hacker or that Almdudler-Comicteam represented prominently.
In addition to cosplay zones, fan groups, merchandise stands and food trucks, there are a variety of interactive offers from the Stabilo sign station, creative corners about lectures to Magic potion-brewing. For families, children, adolescents and adults there is a weekend full of creativity, inspiration and community experience.
From Europe Direct Vienna there is again the popular #Europacafe with free hot drinks and Europa Comics.
