No Corona help due to incorrect classification
During the lockdown, the gastronomy expert Ms. E. from Vienna applied for monthly bridging financing from the social insurance for the self-employed (SVS). The SVS initially classified her as an artist and paid her around 1,000 euros a month. But in the last lockdown, payments stopped. Argument: Ms. E. is not entitled to claim because she does not carry out any artistic activity. Ms. E. therefore contacted Ombudsman Walter Rosenkranz.
