The project participants, including ViennaEstate Immobilien AG as project developer and asset manager for the property owner BMK Zwei Real Estate GmbH, Mandlbauer Bau GmbH as general contractor, chociwski architekten and APHELION Baumanagement GmbH as local construction supervision, celebrated together with today’s topping-out ceremony numerous partners and guests not only thanked the construction progress according to plan, but also the successful collaboration that made the expansion of 10 exclusive attic apartments possible. Construction progress on schedule and marketing start An important moment in this context is the official marketing start of the 10 top floor apartments, which was announced today, February 28, 2024. What is particularly pleasing is that 5 of the 10 apartments were already successfully rented out by ViennaEstate Broker GmbH before the official start of marketing. Modern equipment and comfort for future residents The total of 10 rental apartments range in size from around 54 m2 to 112 m2 and will be ready for occupancy from mid-June 2024.
