CAS announces the participants who were selected for the CAS Future Leaders program 2025

The estimated initiative offers young scientists leadership training and opportunities for networking

CAS, a department of the American Chemical Society (ACS) specializing in scientific knowledge management, is pleased, the participants of the 2025 CAS FUTURE LEADERS ™ programs to announce. The new cohort consists of 35 young scientists from 12 countries that do research in areas such as nanotechnology, computer chemistry, material sciences, green chemistry and more.

During the personal program that will take place in August, the participants in workshops will take part in the development of leadership qualities and career opportunities, learn from leading personalities from industry, take part in scientific discussions and establish contacts with other scientists.

The two -week program also offers the participants an exclusive insight into the working method of CAS and in the way in which the organization of leading innovators gives access and analysis of published scientific information from all over the world. In addition, the participants have the option of presenting their research results at the ACS autumn conference 2025 in Washington, DC, and receiving a three-year ACS membership.

In addition to the 35 participants on site, CAS will once again promote 65 other outstanding candidates as part of the “CAS FUTURE LEADER TOP 100” initiative with virtual programs and additional career support.
