BybitThe world’s second largest cryptocurrency exchange according to trade volume today announces a strategic partnership with Cactus Custody, Asia’s leading regulatory and licensed storage for digital assets, under the name Matrixport Group. Together they get over Cactus Oasis An out -of -the -exchangeable resolution on the market, which is intended to improve the security of assets, capital efficiency and operational control for institutional customers. Integration is live on July 28, 2025.
This partnership enables institutional and professional customers to act directly on Bybit without having to set up a stock market account beforehand. Customers deposit their collateral at Cactus Custody, where the assets are kept in a fully separated, regulated custody and only transmit to BYBIT at the time of trading, which reduces the opposite party risk and at the same time receives access to market liquidity.

With Cactus Oasis, institutional customers can act on Bybit and at the same time keep their collateral safely in independent custody. Cactus Custody offers security at a bank level through a graded hot and cold wallet system, which combines encryption through hardware security modules (HSM) with a cold storage at an institutional level. It has the SOC 1 Type 1 and SOC 2 type 2 certifications from Deloitte, is approved by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as Hong Kong Trust Company and Trust Or Company Service Provider (TCSP) and fulfills the compliance standards of leading financial institutions.
