Burger King Austria is expanding its digital range of services and has been offering two new functions since September 1, 2025: the Myburgerking Loyalty program and the Click & Collect Service. Both innovations are a decisive step in the consistent further development of digital customer experience and underline the brand strategy that relies on innovation, convenience and sustainable customer loyalty.

BYE-bye waiting time: Click & Collect makes it possible
With the new Click & Collect Service, guests can have their favorite products in advance and conveniently in the Myburgerking app or on burgerking.at Order and then pick it up to the restaurant. Waiting times are a thing of the past – a service that was specially developed for everyday urban life and offers guests a maximum of flexibility.
Loyalty that is worth: Myburgerking Loyalty
The new Loyalty program also rewards Burger-King guests with every order. Guests receive ten crowns for each euro issued, which they can redeem against exclusive products, attractive rewards and special offers. All of the points and rewards collected are clearly available in the app at any time.
