The start-up based in Vienna develops a AI-based communication platform, which supports hotels in answering guest inquiries, managing bookings and coordinating internal processes.
Chatlyn is already working with over 1,000 hotel partners – including leading international brands – in 30 countries and helps to modernize communication in the hospitality industry to a large extent. The platform offers functions such as visual booking chats, automated reviews, real-time translation and seamless integration with leading hotel management systems.
The new funding is used to accelerate Chatlyn’s expansion, both technologically and geographically.
The Brandl Taslos team was led by Roman Rericha and Adrian SCHÜCHANN. Chatlyn was advised by Wolf Theiss (Zeno Grabmayr, Nikolaus Wollner).
