Board Herwig Teufelsdorfer leaves companies

Herwig Teufelsdorfer leaves Signa Prime Selection AG at the end of May 2025. This decision was made in mutual agreement between the insolvency administrator of Signa Prime Selection AG and Herwig Teufelsdorfer.

Due to the change in the procedure to bankruptcy proceedings on October 31, 2024, the previously exploitation of the real estate or the structured exploitation processes of the remaining real estate portfolio, the real estate areas of the board have finally been reduced in bankruptcy processing.
