With the Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen Waltherpark, the Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group (FMTG) opens another hotel in South Tyrol on July 10th. The Hotel Urbanen Lifestyle and South Tyrolean hospitality combines in the middle of the new Waltherpark district. With the Mochi sushi.grill.rooftop bar on the 6th floor, the tourism group also brings the Vienna cult-restaurant fire Mochi to South Tyrol for the first time with its modern Japanese fusion cuisine.
From July 10th, Bolzano also says: Welcome Home! The Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group (FMTG) now also brings the unmistakable Falkenstein hospitality to the South Tyrolean capital. The new urban retreat hotel is part of the new Waltherpark district, which will go into operation completely by the end of 2025. In addition to the hotel, the mixed city district also includes apartments, office space, a shopping gallery, a food market and an underground car park.

The new Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen Waltherpark offers a total of 114 stylishly designed rooms and suites, a spacious Acquapura Spa with a breathtaking view of the rose garden.
The building complex designed by David Chipperfield Architects convinces with clear lines, continuous transparency and a reserved tonality. The interior design of Aggi Bruch takes up the Falkensteiner brand’s entitlement and lifestyle claim and translates it into a modern and pleasant atmosphere.

Mochi for the first time in South Tyrol
With the Mochi sushi.grill.rooftop bar, the first South Tyrolean branch of the Vienna cult brandy opened on the 6th floor of the Falkensteiner Hotel. The concept is based on the Japanese Izakaya culture: small, creative dishes such as sushi, sashimi, robata grill, karaage or tapas are served in the sharing principle-accompanied by selected wines, sake and gins. „The connection of Izakaya culture, regional products and spectacular architecture sums up exactly what mochi stands for
