The non-profit housing association BWS is building the wood hybrid building Bella Vista in the third party in the third party. By the beginning of 2026, a total of 104 subsidized rental apartments and 13 business premises with a construction volume of around 25 million euros will be built in the Ljuba-Welitsch-promenade 8 and 10.
