The idea of creating its own company kindergarten in pioneering work over 10 years ago came up by an employee survey and the sunshine was ceremoniously opened in 2014. In this way, a company -related childcare option was created on a voluntary basis. Especially during the holidays it shows how relieving it can be taken when needs are taken seriously: opening hours are based on the needs of the parents. So the sunshine adapts to the family rhythm of the families. The company kindergarten offers all -year care with a lock week in summer and two weeks break over the Christmas season. Children between the ages of one to six are looked after by a warm team all year round. During the summer holidays, children also have a place to play and experience up to the second folk school class in the sunshine.

Three elementary teachers and a supervisor accompany up to 15 children – this corresponds to a childcare key from one to five! The small group -guided structure makes it possible to go into the children strongly and create a family atmosphere. Children of different ages play and grow together and can learn together what it means to help each other and to consider each other.
