Vienna (OTS) – More and more men are going under the knife and having their noses and eyelids corrected, hair transplanted or their penis lengthened. The goal is to feel more beautiful, younger, more attractive and more masculine. How important is beauty – and what is beauty actually?
Martin Stiefsohn from Lower Austria felt uncomfortable with his dark, puffy circles under his eyes and heavy eyelids for decades. “My wife always looks so fresh and I just look tired. I wanted to change that.” He didn’t tell his friends about the eyelid operation. He is the first in the group to “have something done.” The 50-year-old is satisfied with the result. “I just feel better,” he laughs.
Is intimate correction also a cosmetic operation? Max is almost 30 and can’t look at himself naked in the mirror. He decides to have his penis lengthened and thickened. Even if it’s painful, “it’s worth it to me,” Max is convinced, “then I no longer have to hide behind the towel in the sauna or on the nudist beach – and maybe my sex life will be more intense.”
In Turkey you can now have almost anything done when it comes to beauty – and for significantly less money than in Austria. Beauty tourism is a million-dollar business, especially in Istanbul, which is known for hair transplants.
