Barbara Stöckl in conversation with Brigitte Kren, Roman Mählich, Jasmin Meiri and Klaus Eckel

In the ORF night talk “Stöckl” on June 6th at 11:05 p.m. on ORF 2

Vienna (OTS) In the current edition of the ORF night talk “Stöckl” on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 11:05 p.m. on ORF 2, actress Brigitte Kren, football expert Roman Mählich, artist Jasmin Meiri and cabaret artist Klaus Eckel will be guests of Barbara Stöckl:

Roman Mählich has been working for ORF sports since 2010 and he will also be analyzing some games at the upcoming European Football Championships. “I believe that the Austrian national team has what it takes to reach the round of 16,” predicts the former key player of SK Sturm Graz, who made it to the UEFA Champions League, in a talk with Barbara Stöckl.

Cabaret artist Klaus Eckel produces one punch line after another. Nine months ago, exhaustion, health problems and separation forced him to stop and put the brakes on humor. Now he is back on stage with new courage and program. “The fact that humanity always glorifies the past and is afraid of the future is exactly reversed,” he explains in the talk.

Jasmin Meiri was born into a family of artists. Her grandfather Arik Brauer made a name for himself as a painter, her aunt Ruth as an actress and director, and her mother Timna as a singer. The 33-year-old musician is now starting out with her band “Baba Yaga” and talks on ORF Nighttalk about non-duality, a world view that she has been intensively dealing with for some time.

Brigitte Kren played her first leading role as a ten-year-old, but didn’t give up her job as a medical technician until she was 50 to finally get into acting. She recently turned 70, plays in the theater and on TV and has discovered a new role for herself:
as a grandmother of two grandchildren. “The goddess of love is the strongest,” says Brigitte Kren, looking back on her life so far.
