EVO-tech: A new start with a proven foundation – BILD

Schörfling am Attersee (OTS) In December 2023, EVO-tech GmbH faced an uncertain future when internal disagreements about the strategic direction among the shareholders drove the company into bankruptcy. But NEVO3D has now emerged from this crisis – a new start that is built on a stable foundation of experience and commitment.

The decisive factor for this new beginning was the seamless takeover of the employees who embodied EVO-tech’s core know-how. Their commitment and expertise will remain and are an essential part of the new company.

Customers can also rely on continuity: NEVO3D will continue to support all customers and take over the previous products and the EVO-tech brand. This not only secures existing jobs, but also strengthens trust in the quality and reliability of the products.

The expansion of the management team with the new investor Adi Pohn brings additional experience and resources. Pohn, an experienced manufacturing entrepreneur with successful restructurings and acquisitions of seven companies in the past, brings a clear plan and an impressive track record. In particular, Adi Pohn is focusing on putting NEVO3D on more footing than in the past, so that investment slumps do not hit the company as hard in the future.

Adi Pohn commented on his involvement in NEVO3D: “It is an exciting challenge to be part of this project. I am pleased to be working with a young team that has impressive experience and exposure in the rapidly growing 3D printing market.

Markus Kaltenbrunner and Kevin Griesmayr, already part of the EVO-Tech management team, are optimistic about the future of NEVO3D. “With Adi Pohn on board, we have found the ideal complement to achieve our goals and make NEVO3D a leading company in our industry“, so Griesmayr.

Regarding the future of NEVO3D, Kaltenbrunner adds: “We will expand our services by offering the largest FFF/FDM 3D Printing service with around 30 machines in Austria build up. This not only serves to support customers during peak utilization, but also enables companies that do not want to invest in a 3D printer to use our products and services. In addition, we will not only offer the printing itself, but also the finishing of components, including painting, as well as assembly assembly. We will also focus on special solutions for industries such as: Railway industry, focus. More detailed information on these developments will be announced in the coming months.
