Civil society calls for solution-oriented asylum policy and long-term prospects for refugees
Vienna (OTS) – On the occasion of World Refugee Day, Amnesty International Austria, asylum coordination Austria, Train of Hope, refugee project Ute Bock and SOS Balkanroute invite you to a joint press conference.
Under the motto “Stop the political will-o-the-wisps, bring on perspectives” they criticize the instrumentalization of migration issues and call on all political parties to pursue constructive approaches and to put human rights at the center.
At the press conference, representatives of the organizations will talk about the current challenges of asylum policy in Austria and present key demands.
