Commission chairman Martin Kreutner and the commission present the results of their investigation.
Vienna (OTS) – After the publication of an audio recording of a conversation with a high-ranking former member of the judiciary in which attempted political influence on public prosecutor’s proceedings was discussed, an independent high-level commission was set up by the Federal Ministry of Justice in December 2023 to investigate such allegations. On Monday she will present her results and recommendations.

- Angelika Prechtl-Marte, President of the Feldkirch Regional Court
- Peter Küspert, retired President of the Bavarian Constitutional Court and the Munich Higher Regional Court
