Air traffic controllers are responsible for safety in Austrian airspace. They specify the flight route and altitude, give permission to take off, give clearance for landing and ensure that aircraft never come too close to each other. You work in the tower at Vienna Airport, in overflight control in Vienna Erdberg and at the major federal state airports in Graz, Klagenfurt, Innsbruck, Salzburg and Linz.

We are looking for high school graduates who have good spatial imagination, enjoy working in a team and are stress-resistant. The prerequisite for admission is passing a multi-stage selection process with a final assessment center and a positive aviation medical check.
