The renowned fish restaurant Rosso di Acqua e Sole in Linz will be transformed into a living fish market from March 4 to 7 – a festival for all lovers of exquisite sea delicacies.

The Rosso once again sets unique accents in the Linz gourmet scene. Large fish in the whole such as Spanish Bluefin Thuna, angle devil, stone buttons, sea tongues and red barbes are broken down in front of the guests and processed at the same time. Of course, an oyster bar, sea urchin, ceviche and the like should not be missing.
