Acquisition of Weber & Weber Versicherungsmakler GmbH and Hofer & Partner GesmbH
ASSEPRO Austria: Weber & Weber and Hofer & Partner become part of the ASSEPRO Group. The team in western Austria will be further expanded with the integration of the two brokerage companies.
The negotiations with the companies were concluded satisfactorily for both sides and further steps towards integration into ASSEPRO Austria are being initiated. Through these acquisitions, the “SME” business area in particular will be further strengthened and the service quality in western Austria will be expanded.
Negotiations for further company acquisitions are currently underway. The development of ASSEPRO in Austria began in December 2021 with the integration of the Ärzteservice Group. Since then, strategic acquisitions such as Dr. Rinner & Partner GmbH, Jirout & Partner GmbH, BVC GmbH and PBP GmbH. “Now that the legal merger of the acquired companies has been successfully completed, we can now grow together as a team.
