The world stars of the opera stage Anna Netrebko and Jonas Kaufmann celebrate one of the greatest composers in musical theater. Music director Riccardo Chailly leads the memorial concert with his own ensembles: the orchestra and choir of the Scala in Milan and the Choir Academy present excerpts from “Madama Butterfly” and “Manon Lescaut” as well as Puccini’s “Requiem”.
