The APS Group is using this year’s Christmas season to send a clear signal for social responsibility and inclusion. Instead of sending Christmas presents to customers, a donation of 2,000 euros will be made to Lebenshilfe Oberösterreich.
“Our vision for the future is an inclusive working world in which every person has the opportunity to contribute their skills and be fairly compensated for it,” explains Martin Zauner, Managing Director of the APS Group. “The work of Lebenshilfe Oberösterreich makes a valuable contribution to this, which we would like to support with our donation.”
The organization is committed to an inclusive working world in which people with and without disabilities work together in companies. All employees receive fair pay and have social and pension insurance. This model strengthens the working atmosphere through the diversity of employees and enables active participation in social life. The organization supports people with intellectual disabilities in areas such as living, working and leisure in order to enable them to lead a self-determined life.

“As a company that actively practices diversity, we want to create awareness that inclusion in the world of work benefits everyone – employees as well as society as a whole,” emphasizes Zauner. “It is our social responsibility to ensure that these rights apply to all people.”
