April has made great progress in improving accessibility for the most important document formats PDF, DOCX and XLSX. This version is another important step in this way. With this version, aprys introduces the display of spreadsheets in WebViewer and thus continues his commitment to barrier-free document workflows within the app. If the processing function is available in July, aprys as the only provider of JavaScript-SDKs will enable the barrier-free representation and processing of PDFS, DOCX files and spreadsheets via a single, uniform interface and thus set new standards for interaction with documents.
The new functions of the platform are aimed at optimizing work processes with a high volume and high value. In the area of intelligent document processing (IDP), aprys introduces the automated extraction of key value pairs, which enables quick and precise data call from semi-structured documents such as receipts and IDs and drastically reduces manual input. With XLIFF Reflow, aprys also expand its multilingual support, whereby the layout and structure are preserved during translation in order to simplify global cooperation.
