Innsbruck (OTS) – The one from Dr. Albert Heiss (lawyer for the accused father) submitted an application for release from custody for the accused father of Leon, who died, was rejected today by the court in Innsbruck.
The detention and legal protection judge did not follow the defense’s arguments. Attorney Dr. Albert Heiss has already announced a complaint against this decision and will lodge it next week.

As documented at yesterday’s press conference, there are a whole series of reports that refute the previous investigation results and the conclusions drawn from them.
The already above-average length of pre-trial detention, with its economic and psychological consequences for the person concerned and their family, was obviously not taken into account in the decision.
Despite today’s decision, the defense will continue to rely on facts and provide objective results and reports that put the previous investigation results into perspective.
