(TSX: CSU), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Alturos AG (“Alturos”), an innovative all-in-one solution for seamless digital sales, communications and guest relations for tourism offices, destination management organizations, transport companies and ski resorts.
This strategic acquisition represents another important milestone for Juniper Group’s Travel & Hospitality division to be recognized as a leading end-to-end travel software partner globally. With this success, Juniper Group strengthens its presence in the DACH region and can further expand its unique sales and digital capabilities as well as functions for destination service providers.
