Allegations by ÖVP hangers against FPÖ-Luisser are fictitious
Sankt Pölten (OTS) –

“In the name of the Republic” confirms the 21-page, first-instance judgment that the allegations made by ÖVP MP Hanger against FPÖ regional councilor Christoph Luisser are fictitious. The claims of the “blue job haggler” in the Interior Ministry are untrue. The Vienna Commercial Court has ordered the ÖVP returnee in the National Council to cease and desist, to publicly retract and to reimburse costs. “Mr Hanger has a problem with the truth. We now have that in black and white. His horror fairy tales and dirt bucket stories have been debunked with letter and seal. Mr. Hanger can only dream of credibility,” comments FPÖ state councilor Dr. Christoph Luisser the verdict.

The judgment clearly confirms that Dr. Christoph Luisser did not receive his position in the Ministry of the Interior at the time, but rather based on the results of a five-member evaluation committee based on professional criteria and the best suitability for group leader. The claims of Hanger, who accused him of “blue-collar job haggling” and spoke of a “freedom favorite,” are untrue. He must refrain from making these statements in the future and publicly in the oe24. TV show “Isabelle Daniel” revoked.

“I said from the start that I wanted more cleanliness in politics. Andreas Hanger’s false claims, which were deliberately spread just to denigrate others, are damaging politics as a whole. Anyone who bases their politics on fake news will get the answer from voters,” said Luisser. Now it remains to be seen whether Mag. Hanger will accept the verdict or appeal.
