ORF 2 premiere of the latest case surrounding “The Dead from Lake Constance” at 8:15 p.m
Vienna (OTS) – Alina Fritsch and Matthias Koeberlin have to deal with the ghosts of Lake Constance on their third joint mission around “The Dead from Lake Constance” when the body of a woman with a diving weight around her neck is discovered by the investigative team on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024. at 8:15 p.m. on ORF 2 “Atemlos”. But it’s not just the circumstances of the death and the victim’s obsession with the supernatural that concern the top cops, as the effects of their previous case continue to be felt in their private lives. As usual, Hary Prinz and Stefan Pohl investigate alongside Alina Fritsch and Matthias Koeberlin in the 18th film in the popular ORF/ZDF crime series. The film was directed by Michael Schneider based on scripts by Jeanet Pfitzer, Frank Koopmann and Roland Heep. Filming took the team to Bregenz, Dornbirn, Lauterach and Lochau, among others, in spring 2023. The cases “The Messiah”, which revolves around a legendary Stradivarius violin, and “The Nightshade”, which revolves around a mysterious best-selling author, have already been filmed and are expected to be on air in 2024.

Three days after her disappearance, a woman’s body was recovered from Lake Constance. The diving weight around her neck and a fresh skull injury suggest murder.
