Under the motto “Leadership next generation” the renowned speaker, coach, trainer and author will be Ali Mahlodji will open this year’s edition of the 360°//GOOD ECONOMY FORUM on October 21st and 22nd, 2024 in Salzburg.
Future-oriented solutions for current challenges
Topics such as diversity and intercultural communication, the importance of sustainability in company successions, the connection between external change and internal growth as well as solutions to the challenges of sustainability reporting (according to CSRD and ESRS for SMEs) await participants.
This year five companies will again be using the 360°//GOOD ECONOMY AWARD awarded for their consistent actions aimed at the common good in relation to a group of contacts within their company.
Practice transfer and best practices
Companies share their successfully implemented projects and measures in special best practices slots. An outstanding example is Maria Kollarwho is the first woman to run her installation business in Lower Austria in the sixth generation. She will report on innovative approaches such as morning yoga for employees and transparent communication in the corporate development process. Likewise will Harald Schopf from Kurhaus Schärding Present sustainable initiatives that strengthen employee loyalty in the long term.

Networking and cooperation as a central concern
A central goal of the 360°//GOOD ECONOMY FORUMs is the networking of participants. In addition, five scholarships will be awarded to young students to promote exchange between science and business and to develop innovative solutions.

The winners are characterized by continuity in strategic sustainability management and by a demonstrable positive influence in their respective contact groups, be it suppliers, financial partners, employees, customers or in the social environment.
