Since 2019 part of the board and responsible for finance, Dr. Alexander Scheuch at the IR Conference´25 elected 2nd Vice President, another milestone on his way within the real estate industry and at the real estate ring Austria. Georg Spiegelfeld and Thomas Lainer, President and Vice President of the Real Estate Ring see a signal of the strength of the industry network: “Our members are among the best in the industry. We are all the more pleased that we were able to win Alexander Scheuch for this function.”
As a convinced commendable, cross -country cooperation, Scheuch relies on open exchange and active cooperation – both in your own company and in the network of real estate ring. He sees this as a politically independent, central point of contact for the brokerage industry, which promotes dialogue and joint action, especially in times of growing mobility of customers. Scheuch: “My personal goal is to enable sustainable success for my colleagues through knowledge transfer, realistic insights and the assessment of real market developments.”
Scheuch has headed the brokerage company of the traditional family company Rustler as managing director for more than ten years. Founded in Vienna in 1935, this has developed from the classic property management into a modern service provider with a focus on real estate loyalty, facility management, tree management and real estate development and is now present in several federal states as well as internationally.
Real estate ring Austria
The real estate ring Austria is an independent network and a non -partisan advocacy for real estate agents. In order to be admitted, brokers must work on the market for at least five years, have a fixed office location with a professional office structure, have a brokerage concession, have liability insurance against financial loss and of course to be obliged to the brokerage code.
