Social assistance is the last social network – and thus an indispensable protection for people in emergencies. Nevertheless, there is currently a sawn on this network: cuts and individual federal states are presented for discussion. Caritas, Diakonie and Volkshilfe urgently warn of deterioration and call for a fundamental, Austria -wide reform that effectively combat poverty.
