The Berlin-Brandenburg AI Service Center has unlocked a new application portal that facilitates external organizations and individuals access to powerful AI calculation resources. Applications are possible until March 27, 2025. Successful applicants: In the inside, AI models can train and test over a period of three months.
The data center of the AI service center offers a heterogeneous infrastructure with different computing units – from inexpensive devices to high -performance systems. The central component is 64 GPUs of the H100 type, which enable different AI models to test and determine the required resource requirements. This can support companies and research institutions in deciding on investments or cloud solutions.
The Berlin-Brandenburg AI Service Center is a project at the Hasso Plattner Institute and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The offer is aimed at start-ups, small and medium-sized companies, public institutions, students and researchers. In addition to the computing infrastructure, free advice and educational offers are available.
The aim is to promote the use of artificial intelligence in business and society.
