With College 25+, a unique, free offer for adults entitled to asylum and those entitled to subsidiary protection will start in September 2024. The joint project by Vienna adult education centers, Volkshilfe Vienna and Caritas Vienna combines education, advice and work and thereby creates educational and employment opportunities.
Peter Hacker, City Councilor for Social Affairs, Health and Sport, Saya Ahmad, Alsergrund district leader, Herbert Schweiger, Managing Director of Wiener Volkshochschulen GmbH, Tanja Wehsely, Managing Director of Volkshilfe Wien, and Alexander Bodmann, Director of Caritas Vienna, present the project together.
