I thank you for your statement; The requirements you set out for successful government work also sound convincing from a human perspective.
But they are not of much use as long as the appropriate know-how is not available to positively develop the “climate” in our country – this essential point has been missing.
There are special, scientifically documented and practice-tested consciousness technologies. If you would like to know more about this, I would be happy to let you know.
