Vienna (OTS) – After Zizoo raised $30 million in another round of financing in 2022, less than two years later there are now suspicions that Zizoo was defrauding customers. While the public prosecutor’s office is already investigating in Germany, the first cheated customers in Austria are also defending themselves. We have been trying to get a paltry EUR 3,000 back from Zizoo for our client since September 2023, we keep being put off, and ultimately we sued. Zizoo did not respond to the lawsuit, and the execution proceedings have so far been unsuccessful. Because other Zizoo customers also contacted us and there was also feedback from service providers with whom Zizoo cooperated that Zizoo would not pay, the law firm Singer & Kessler Rechtsanwälte filed an application to open insolvency proceedings and the Vienna public prosecutor’s office was involved .
