In order to preserve these beautiful landscapes for the future, the tour operator is very concerned about protecting nature. His sustainable commitment is reflected not only in the travel program, but also in the support of numerous initiatives in the area of environmental protection. One of these is the “Global Clean-Up Month”, a worldwide natural cleaning campaign based on various national “spring cleaning campaigns”. The organizer called on its partners to take part in a total of 73 travel countries. “We want to set a good example, raise awareness for more mindfulness and in this way make a further contribution to greater sustainability.”

Numerous guides and team members from global hiking partner agencies from various regions took part in this year’s “Global Clean-Up Month”. They disposed of the rubbish – sometimes together with global hiking guests – along selected routes along which global hikers also travel during their trips.
Jordan – On the Jordan Trail from Wadi Dana to Petra

For them it was only natural to take part in the global waste collection campaign. They collected rubbish on a hiking trail near Tirana.
