The core graphic, called “A Timely Snow,” takes the winding and beautiful shape of the Songhua River as its model and is decorated with city elements such as the Harbin Grand Theater, snowflakes and ice crystals.
The sports pictograms are based on the concept of “Breakthrough”, the emblem of Harbin 2025 Winter Games. This represents the spirit of the athletes’ tireless perseverance and their pursuit of constant breakthrough.
