The international technology group ANDRITZ has acquired a 13.8% stake in the Norwegian company HydrogenPro. The company was founded in 2013 and supplies pressurized alkaline electrolyzers for the production of green hydrogen. The two companies entered into a strategic partnership last year to offer integrated solutions for the provision of green hydrogen plants. With this investment, ANDRITZ is strengthening its strategic partnership with HydrogenPro in order to be able to serve customers even better. HydrogenPro provides the components and technology for pressure alkaline electrolyzers, ANDRITZ takes over the assembly of the electrolysis stacks and supplies EPC-based solutions (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).
