24 talents sing and dance on ORF 1 on April 6th for five semi-final tickets
Vienna (OTS) – Lots of entertainment, great emotions and incredible talent – this can also be seen in the fourth edition of “The Big Chance – Let’s Sing and Dance”! Fanny Stapf and Andi Knoll welcome 24 new acts to the ORF hit show this time – due to the UEFA EURO 2025 women’s qualification: Austria – Germany – on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 8:15 p.m. on ORF 1. The talents show their vocal and dancing skills on the large DGC stage and try to convince this week’s jury – musician Bernhard Speer, “Goldene Note” presenter Leona König and actress, cabaret artist and singer Katharina Straßer – of their talent. Which five acts will advance to the semi-final rounds directly with the “heart buzzer” or at the end of the show with at least seven stars?
Katharina Straßer, who was already a juror in the last show, is this time forming the “big chance” jury together with Bernhard Speer and Leona König. The two new jury members explain how they perceived their role:
Bernhard Speer: “Because I am a big fan of such formats, it was an honor for me to sit on the jury myself, front row foot-free, so to speak. I was very surprised at the high level of the participants.”
Leona König: “I was very impressed by the professional artists who performed! Especially with the dance acts. I tried to judge harshly, but the standard was so high that only high praise was possible.”

“The big opportunity – Let’s sing and dance” – barrier-free
“The Big Chance – Let’s sing and dance” on ORF 1 is broadcast in a fully barrier-free manner: ORF TELETEXT offers subtitles for deaf and hearing-impaired viewers on page 777 and all ten programs are also available in an audio version for blind and visually impaired audiences stand. The emotions on the show stage will be made live for people with visual impairments by experienced audio commentators – Juliane Kühberger and Sebastian Aster will accompany the audience with their commentary.
