The first five tickets have been taken! At the start of “The Big Chance – Let’s Sing and Dance” on Friday, March 8, 2024, at 8:15 p.m. on ORF 1, 25 talents competed to secure a place in the live semi-final shows of the ORF hit show. The jury – this time consisting of Missy May, Barbara Meier and Thorsteinn Einarsson – sent a total of five acts to the next round: The “Heart Buzzer” went to the dance group Dance Industry from Carinthia (Barbara Meier) and the band KGW3 from Upper Austria (Thorsteinn Einarsson) and the FRK Dance School from Vorarlberg (Missy May) with a direct ticket to the live shows. The jury awarded the two remaining semi-final places to the singing duo Anja and Jana Starlinger and the dance group Ashleighs Junior Team – both from Upper Austria – who each received nine stars for their performance and were promoted to the semi-finals at the end of the show.
“The Big Chance” wants to use many talents again on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 8:15 p.m. when Fanny Stapf and Andi Knoll welcome 22 acts to the big “DGC” stage. A three-person jury will once again award five tickets for the next round – the live semi-final shows will be available on ORF 1 from April 26th.
