Vienna (OTS) After the housing and construction offensive worth over 2 billion euros announced by the federal government last week, 3SI Immogroup is making people sit up and take notice with a remarkable campaign: the Viennese property developer will immediately cover the land register and lien registration fees when purchasing a 3SI property. This means buyers can save money now, before the law is passed.

It would still take some time until the fee transfer announced by the government has been decided and apartment buyers actually benefit from it, says Schmidt. At 3SI Immogroup you can already enjoy the announced advantages. “The 3SI property campaign reduces the additional fees incurred with every property purchase, making it much easier to take out a loan. This makes the fulfillment of the desire to own property more real again for many people!“, says Schmidt happily.

3SI Ownership Campaign – Details

In detail, the government plans, among other things, to abolish the land register registration fee and the lien registration fee for the first 500,000 euros that are due when purchasing a property. 3SI Immogroup is now expanding this offer in several ways. “We not only cover the fees now – months before the package comes into force – but also up to list prices of 1,000,000 euros!“, emphasizes Michael Schmidt. Buyers can save up to 25,000 this way. And this in several ways – while the government package only provides for fees to be paid for one apartment, the 3SI campaign is not limited in terms of the number of apartments.

Schmidt generally sees the package presented by the government last Monday, which now provides a volume of over 2 billion euros for housing and construction, as positive. “The announced offensive is definitely a step in the right direction; more people will now be able to afford housing again. Nevertheless, the shortage is already there; many property developers have already scaled back their construction activity in the past few months. Despite the positive news: If you want to buy a condominium, it is still better to buy sooner than later. The measures now announced will lead to increasing demand with reduced supply – and thus to foreseeably higher prices with less selection.
