ÖHGB welcomes amendment to Upper Austria housing allowance | Austrian house

The amendment to the housing allowance made by the Upper Austrian state government is characterized by accuracy and has therefore been approved by the ÖHGB.

Vienna (OTS) “As a step in the right direction,” ÖHGB President RA Dr. Martin Prunbauer commented on the amendment to the housing allowance approved by the Upper Austrian state government: “People with low incomes in particular, but also single parents and pensioners, will receive increased support with the new housing allowance. And that is certainly a positive thing to see.”

“State support must be accurate and should only reach those people who actually have a need. This is guaranteed here. “In view of the tense economic situation of the past few months, we need more support models like this, both for owners, landlords and tenants,” said Prunbauer.
