Linz (OTS) – This week the draft for the amendment to the Upper Austrian version was published. Income limit regulation under review. It proposes to increase the income limits that entitle you to receive Upper Austrian housing subsidies from April 1, 2024. The income limits were last changed in 2012, twelve years ago. Since then, inflation has been almost 32 percent, and the construction cost index is even higher than inflation.
