He will be responsible for the internal audit department at AGRANA and follows Dkfm in this role. Thomas Kölbl (61). After studying business administration at the University of Mannheim and ESSEC, Cergy-Pontoise, France, Stephan Meeder worked at ABB Structured Finance GmbH from 1996 to 2000. In 1999 he received his doctorate at the University of Mannheim in the Department of Logistics. In November 2006, Stephan Meeder joined the Südzucker Group and successfully completed several positions as finance manager. Stephan Meeder has been CEO of CropEnergies AG since July 2020 and on the board of Südzucker AG since December 2023. There he will succeed Thomas Kölbl as CFO, who will retire on May 31, 2024. The chairman of the supervisory board of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG, Mag. Erwin Hameseder, warmly thanked Thomas Kölbl for the many years of highly constructive cooperation and wishes Stephan Meeder all the best in his new task.
