The Austrian fund for strengthening and promoting women and girls (Lea – Let’s Empower Austria) invites September 18, 2025, 2:00 p.m. im MyHive Hungargasse Vienna In the presence of Minister of women Eva-Maria Holzleitner On the study presentation with subsequent panel discussion.
The study “Watch out for drop -out! For the first time from a gender perspective, offers a comprehensive data analysis of the different concerns of women and men in the demolition of MINT training and professions in Austria. Supplemented by extensive quantitative and qualitative examinations, the study provides information about the conditions that motivate women to remain in the MINT field or move to the exit.
The research institutes and Lea – Let’s Empower Austria present the study results and recommendations for action. In the subsequent panel, stakeholders discuss: Inside from the areas of secondary education, university, teaching and craft and business.
