Austria threatens at the EU climate target 2040 To become a brake block again: Instead of clearing the path for timely agreement in the EU environmental council on September 18, the federal government faces a clear positioning. In this way, Austria risks that the EU undertakes its own climate network and runs to Brazil without binding goals for the World Climate Conference (COP30).
