“Dusting around on the social network – the poorest fall through”

Social assistance is the last social network – and thus an indispensable protection for people in emergencies. Nevertheless, this network is currently being sawed. Caritas, Diakonie and Volkshilfe urgently warn of a deterioration and call for a fundamental reform that effectively combats poverty.
