On September 1, 2025, the management team of the Seestädter Development Society will be reorganized: Real estate expert Sabine Müller, most recently Chief Innovation and Marketing Officer of Value One Holding GmbH, takes over the board of directors of Gerhard Schuster, who is retiring with October. Together with Robert Grünis, part of the board team since January 2023, Müller will control the further development of the new Vienna district.
Sabine Müller has two decades of experience in the real estate industry and in sustainable urban development. At Value One- a leading private real estate and neighborhood developer- she has worked in managerial positions since 2005 and was responsible for trend-setting projects such as the multi-award-winning urban development district of two. She is an expert in innovative usage concepts, strategic communication and sustainable neighborhood development.
In addition to her commitment as a board member of the Austrian Association of the Commercial real estate project developer Vöpe, she works on a voluntary basis for both the Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate Management (ÖGNI) and a member of the Circular Economy Forum Austria.

In her new function, Müller controls the areas of sales, marketing & communication, personnel, finance and law of Vienna 3420. Your board colleague Robert Grüneis is responsible for product development, property management, infrastructure and investments as well as the district management.

For the development of Aspern The Vienna Seestadt is Vienna 3420 Aspern Development AG. She is the central contact for potential project advertisers, operates location marketing, the acquisition of partners and the utilization of areas. In close cooperation with the City of Vienna, urban planning, the space dedication and the infrastructural development are promoted. In cooperation with the approximately 20 participating departments of the city of Vienna as well as with the project developers and investors involved beyond, Vienna 3420 AG has been supported by the program management of urban development areas for living value in the building management of the city of Vienna since 2011.
