Metlen Energy & Metals PLC (Metlen) announces the collection of the trade of its shares on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the ticker symbol MTLN.
The listing is an important milestone in the strategic growth plan of Metlen after a voluntary share exchange offer (“Voluntary Share Exchange Offer”, SEO) has been successfully completed, which achieved an acceptance rate of over 90 %.
On this occasion, the CEO and managing director of Metlen, Evangelos Mytilineos, and members of the management team took part in the official market opening ceremony at the London Stock Exchange and celebrated the transformation of Metlen into a double -listed company in one of the most important stock exchanges in Europe.

As already announced, the LSE will be the primary stock market for Metlen, with a second number of nops on the Athens stock exchange, on which the trade was also recorded today.
Metlen is the first company to be noted at the LSE and its main nodes on euros.
Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC and Citigroup Global Markets Limited acted as a common financial advisor and sponsors of Metlen in connection with LSE notification (the British sponsors).
The National Bank of Greece SA and Piraeus Bank acted as consultants of Metlen in relation to SEO and the listing on the Athens stock exchange (the Greek consultants).
