The Consumer Protection Association (VSV) invites you to a press conference on the occasion of the introduction of an association’s lawsuit (remedy for compensation) according to the new EU Association lawsuit – a milestone in the diesel scandal around the Motor EA189 from Volkswagen.
Background:
On September 18, 2015, the diesel scandal for manipulated exhaust gas values for diesel vehicles from the VW Group (Audi, Skoda, Seat and Volkswagen) became public. The VSV has been successfully supporting affected consumers for several years: inside with risk -free compensation for damages against car manufacturers and has already argued numerous positive judgments.

The VSV introduces the first comprehensive detachment position in the diesel scandal in Austria by Breiteneder Rechtsanwalt GmbH.
