We probably all know it: we bend deep over the cell phone (you usually tend to your head by 30 degrees!) Or fall into the hollow cross – and the poor posture leads to pain. The Current issue of the health magazine “Pharmacies Umschau” shows what helps:

Make big: Remain when walking and standing as possible. To do this, pull in the chin with a long -drawn back of the head, let your shoulders relaxed, look at the horizon.

Hold up devices: If you use your cell phone, tablet or books, keep them at eye level in hand.

Actively sit: Change the position every 30 minutes when sitting. Lawed back, upright and up again and again in between, take a few steps. Sit down so that the feet touch the ground while sitting and are not striking.

Lift out of the legs: When wearing or lifting heavy objects, take a firm, wide stand, leave your back straight, bend the knees and hips and tense the stomach.

Stay motivated: The posture can be improved at any age. Anyone who trains every day sees the first results after four to six weeks!
