Inquired: fully comprehensive insurance does not pay
Mr. S. reported parking damage to his car to his fully comprehensive insurance company. Several months after the repair, the insurance company refused to pay the 8,500 euros due. It’s not a case of parking damage at all. Mr. S. is annoyed that he is being treated like a fraud by the insurance company and has sued. “Citizen Attorney” discussed the case in the studio in October.
